Ways to get El Chubby’s
You can eat in with us, pull through the drive-thru, or skip the line and order online for pickup or delivery. Online orders run through DoorDash, and you’ll also find us on Uber Eats. We don’t run our own delivery drivers, so delivery always goes through one of those apps.
Ordering for a crowd? Rice, beans, salsa and chili come by the cup, pint and quart, and our homemade tamales are sold by the half dozen or the dozen. Those make it easy to feed the whole house without anybody cooking.
What to order on your first visit
If you only try one thing, make it something with our green chili. It’s what we’re best known for, and you can get it hot or mild, or go with red. Most of our burritos can be ordered five ways, from Plain with no chili or cheese to Deluxe, smothered with green chili and cheese and topped with lettuce and tomatoes. The burrito menu walks through every filling.
Our signature dish these days is the Carne Asada Fries: tender strips of steak grilled with jalapeños, onions and tomatoes, piled over fries and smothered with green chili and cheese. You’ll find it with the rest of our specialties.
Coming in the morning? We open at 7am Monday through Saturday, and the breakfast menu covers huevos rancheros, steak rancheros, huevos con chorizo and a long list of breakfast burritos. Can’t decide at dinner? A combination plate gets you a little of everything with rice and beans.

El Chubby’s is family-owned, and we’ve been feeding this part of Aurora for 35 years. We still make our beans in the pot, our green chili fresh every day, and almost anything on the menu can be made the way you like it.
